- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This branch is not the same with Javier gone. He had a great attitude and understood his customers. He knew your name which made you feel like you were getting personal service every time. The new manager is awkward, no customer service skills and very inept at assisting you (she hides behind having to speak with her manager). The sad part is she was part of the staff under Javier so she has first hand knowledge of how he ran the branch. I would not be surprised if customers started taking their business elsewhere.
